🎮 Gaming. StarCraft II — Protoss, because "Pylons". Rock Band 2. Resident Evil 5 co-op. And The Sims 3, with the immortal wisdom: "balancing life is difficult — it's not as easy in reality as it is in Sims."
💃 Dance. Ballroom waltz + cha-cha (Nov 2010), salsa nights, Zumba and hip-hop aerobics. The "random fitness classes" gene activated early.
🗣️ Languages. AP Spanish → Spanish at UGA, CHNS 1001 Chinese — plus Pig Latin wall-post exchanges with friends. (The Pig Latin survived to the present day. 🐷)
🎌 Anime & cosplay. Air Gear, Kuroko no Basuke, Fairy Tail, Pokémon cosplay, and con merch hauls. The nerd-pilgrimage roots run deep.
🧷 Making things. Crane-folding/origami (May 2009) and a giant handmade Mother's Day card (2011). Handmade gifts: a whole love language since day one.
🏐 Sports. Volleyball, Ultimate Frisbee, bowling at Brunswick, tennis. Learning new sports: the original side quest.
🎤 Karaoke. Declared "ready to cream Jimmy in karaoke" in June 2010. The karaoke arsenal has been under construction ever since.
